JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced AI content creator who already knows how to make videos using AI tools.

You must be fast, detail-focused, and able to follow instructions. You must be reliable. This is the most important quality. If you disappear, and show that you aren't serious we can't work together.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will create short-form videos using AI tools:

Make high-quality images using Google Flow (Nano Banana)
Turn images into videos using Veo3 or HeyGen
Edit and combine clips in CapCut
Upload finished videos for review

REQUIREMENTS

You need real, hands-on experience with all of these tools: Veo3, CapCut, and Google Flow (Nano Banana). Do not apply if you have only watched tutorials — you should already be building with them.

You need strong comprehension and problem-solving skills. You will be reading comments, briefs, and tutorials and executing on them precisely. If you skim instructions you will not last.

You need to know how to build recipe videos without losing quality across clips. If you rely on the Extend feature, screenshotting the last frame, or Flow's "export last frame" button to chain clips together, you do not know the correct method.

You need to be able to watch an inspiration video and identify which specific elements make it work — framing, camera distance, timing, motion — so you can recreate them faithfully instead of producing a generic version of the same topic.

You need to be reliable and meet deadlines.

You need your own Google Flow account for the paid trial period. Once you are hired, we provide unlimited access to Google Flow and all other AI tools.

If any step is missing, your application will NOT be reviewed.

NEXT STEPS:
If selected, you will move to a paid Trial period where you will be asked to submit several videos over a 3 day span. You will be evaluated on your ability to take instructions for video creation and revisions and your attention to detail and perfection. You must use your own Google Flow account during trial. If you pass trial, we provide unlimited Google Flow and other AI tools going forward.
