We're a US-based marketing agency that runs
This is direct-response editing, not brand films. Your job is to stop the scroll, hold attention, and get the right person to click. Every frame either earns the next second of attention or loses the sale. If you understand hooks, retention, pacing, captions, and how a social ad is fundamentally different from a YouTube video — you'll do well here.
What you'll be doing:
Editing 3–5 short-form ads per week (typically 30–90 seconds, usually on the shorter end) for
Editing talking-head / direct-to-camera ads (the bulk of what we run today) and UGC-style ads (a growing part of our mix)
Building strong hooks, clean captions/subtitles, punchy pacing, b-roll cutaways, sound design, and light motion graphics
Iterating quickly on feedback and hitting deadlines every single time
Joining team calls multiple times per week and staying responsive throughout the workday
Who you are:
You have real experience editing paid social ads for
You're fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro (if you also know After Effects, DaVinci, or CapCut, mention it — but Premiere is the baseline)
You understand direct-response: hooks, retention, captions, pacing, CTAs
Your English is strong enough for daily calls and written feedback
You're ultra-responsive during US business hours and you never go dark on a deadline
You can overlap US business hours (Central Time) for calls and fast turnarounds — this is required, not optional
You want a long-term, full-time home, not a side gig
The details:
Full-time, long-term role
Pay: Starting between $1,000-$2,000 USD/month depending on exeprience, with room to grow based on skill, speed, and results
Multiple calls per week + responsiveness during US business hours (Central Time)
Paid test project as the final step (details below) — we don't hire off a portfolio alone
How to apply — follow exactly:
Start your application with the phrase "SCROLL-STOPPER" so we know you read the full post.
Link your portfolio — and specifically point us to 2–3
Tell us in 3–4 sentences: what makes a social ad hook work, and one thing you'd change about a bad ad you've seen recently.
List the editing software you use and your years of paid-social editing experience.
Confirm you can overlap US Central Time business hours and are available full-time.
Applications missing the keyword or a portfolio with real social ads won't be reviewed. Strong applicants will be invited to a short paid test project, then a call.
