JOB OVERVIEW

Part-Time | Remote | £7 per hour

About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing UK-based video marketing agency seeking an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to take ownership of paid advertising across multiple client accounts.
This role is focused entirely on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. You will work closely with the business owner to develop advertising strategies, launch and optimise campaigns, and help generate consistent leads for a range of UK service-based businesses.

Initially, you'll be responsible for managing up to four Meta advertising accounts, with the expectation that this will grow as the business acquires more clients.

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply manage campaigns—they understand why campaigns succeed or fail, can confidently recommend improvements, and take ownership of delivering results.

Note: This is not a social media management role. You will not be responsible for creating content or scheduling posts.

Makes decisions based on data and campaign performance
Can explain marketing strategies in simple, commercial terms
Is proactive and continually looks for opportunities to improve results
Takes pride in helping businesses grow through paid advertising
Is reliable, organised, and highly accountable

What This Role Isn't
