JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Development Virtual Assistant to support lead generation, prospecting, outreach, CRM management, and sales support activities.

The ideal candidate has experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, and CRM management, with the ability to communicate confidently, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and research targeted prospect lists
* Execute LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and follow-up campaigns
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline updates
* Schedule meetings and coordinate webinars or virtual events
* Support lead nurturing by sharing approved content and following up with prospects
* Assist with sales reporting and administrative tasks

Qualifications

* Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Virtual Assistant roles
* Experience with CRM systems and LinkedIn outreach
* Comfortable with cold calling and prospect engagement
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently
