JOB OVERVIEW

## Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop original visual content for email campaigns, Meta advertisements, social media, landing pages, and other digital marketing materials.

This role is not focused on simply editing pre-made templates. We are looking for someone who can take a creative brief, brand guidelines, campaign goal, and raw assets and turn them into polished, original designs that are both visually strong and strategically effective.

### Key Responsibilities

* Design original graphics for Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
* Create professional email campaign layouts, banners, product features, promotional graphics, and calls to action.
* Develop static advertisements, carousels, social media graphics, display graphics, and landing page assets.
* Build designs from a blank canvas rather than relying solely on existing templates.
* Translate campaign messaging, offers, and value propositions into clear visual concepts.
* Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats for Meta feeds, Stories, Reels covers, email, and web placements.
* Maintain brand consistency across different campaigns, platforms, and client accounts.
* Work with copywriters, video editors, media buyers, and account managers to develop cohesive campaigns.
* Create multiple creative variations for testing different headlines, offers, layouts, and visual directions.
* Prepare organized, properly sized, and export-ready files.
* Make revisions based on client feedback and campaign performance.

### Required Skills

* Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, spacing, color, and composition.
* Ability to create original concepts without depending entirely on templates.
* Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
* Experience designing digital advertisements and marketing materials.
* Ability to turn rough ideas, notes, or campaign goals into polished visual designs.
* Strong understanding of mobile-first design and readability.
* Ability to balance creativity with clear marketing communication.
* Strong attention to detail and consistency.
* Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.

### Preferred Experience

* Experience designing Meta advertisements for Facebook and Instagram.
* Experience creating graphics and layouts for email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
* Familiarity with Canva, while still having the ability to create custom designs outside of templates.
* Experience with landing page graphics, web banners, sales materials, and branded campaign assets.
* Understanding of advertising concepts such as hooks, offers, calls to action, social proof, and customer awareness.
* Experience working with service businesses, contractors, equipment companies, or blue-collar brands.
* Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.

### What Success Looks Like

A successful designer in this role can receive a campaign brief and independently develop a strong visual direction. Their designs clearly communicate the message, look professional across devices, match the client’s brand, and are built with advertising performance in mind.

The ideal candidate is not limited to swapping text and photos inside a template. They can think conceptually, design from scratch, and create original marketing assets that help campaigns stand out and generate action.
