JOB OVERVIEW

We are a real estate team looking for a Remote Transaction Coordinator to manage our deals from contract to close. This role keeps every transaction organized, on schedule, and moving forward so our agents can focus on selling instead of chasing paperwork.

This role works US business hours, which fall during the night in the Philippines. Please only apply if you are able to work a consistent night shift long term.

Core Responsibilities

Transaction Management: Open and manage files from executed contract through closing. Track every deadline in the transaction timeline.

Document Coordination: Collect, organize, and submit required documents and disclosures. Keep files complete and compliant.

Communication: Coordinate with agents, lenders, title companies, and clients to keep everyone updated and on track toward closing.

MLS and CRM Support: Input and update listing information in the MLS. Maintain accurate client and transaction records in the CRM.

Closing Support: Confirm final closing details, coordinate signing logistics, and ensure a smooth handoff at close of escrow.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

1 or more years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or client-facing support role (real estate preferred but not required)
Comfortable learning a transaction management platform quickly (we will train on our specific system)
Strong written and spoken English
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment on a night shift schedule
Deadline-oriented and organized

Preferred:

Direct experience with a transaction management platform such as Dotloop, Skyslope, or DocuSign
Experience with MLS systems
Familiarity with real estate CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, or similar)
Understanding of standard real estate contract timelines and contingencies
Previous experience working a night shift or graveyard schedule for a US-based company

Compensation and Details

Full time, 40 hours per week
Remote from the Philippines
Night shift hours aligned to US business hours
Pay range: $6 to $8 per hour depending on experience
