Fashion Photography & Video Editing (Senior Level)
Remote | Flexible Hours | Long-Term Position
We're a growing UK-based premium fashion company looking for a highly skilled Creative Production Assistant to support our photography and video production.
You'll work closely with our founders, editing content used across our website, social media and marketing campaigns. We're looking for someone with exceptional technical editing skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for producing polished, premium-quality work.
This isn't a short-term freelance project. We're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship with our business and become an important part of our creative production process.
About the Role
We're looking for someone to become a long-ter
This role includes a guaranteed minimum of 60 paid hours per month. Our workload is centred around photoshoots and collection launches, so the number of hours required may vary from week to week. Some weeks may be quieter, while others may require significantly more editing, so we schedule work flexibly across the month rather than expecting the same number of hours every week.
If additional hours are required beyond the guaranteed monthly hours, these will be paid at your normal hourly rate.
As our business continues to grow, we expect the amount of work to increase over time. Our aim is to build a long-term relationship with someone who can grow alongside the company, with the hope that this role will develop into a full-time position in the future.

Maintain complete consistency across an entire photoshoot.

Colour correct and straighten footage where required.
Match video colour grading to the finished photography.

About You

You take pride in consistency and understand that small details matter.
You're reliable, organised and comfortable working independently.
You're looking for a long-term role where you can become a trusted member of a growing business, rather than simply taking on another freelance client.
