EMK Global Ventures LLC helps home service businesses across the United States capture more opportunities through AI-powered call management solutions.

Our AI Receptionist answers missed calls, captures new leads, qualifies customers, answers common questions, and books appointments 24/7. Instead of losing valuable customers because of unanswered calls, our clients capture more opportunities, book more jobs, and generate more revenue.

Our solution is sold for a $997 one-time setup fee and a $297 monthly subscription. This gives our Sales Representatives the opportunity to earn substantial commissions by selling a premium business solution that delivers real value to business owners.

Our primary customers include Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Roofing, Garage Door, Locksmith, Cleaning, and other home service businesses.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.

We're looking for experienced outbound sales professionals with a proven track record of producing results.

If you've consistently generated appointments or closed sales through outbound cold calling, enjoy speaking with U.S. business owners, and are motivated by performance-based compensation, we'd love to hear from you.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make outbound cold calls to U.S. business owners.

• Introduce our AI Receptionist solution professionally.

• Build interest and qualify potential customers.

• Guide qualified prospects to our live AI demonstration.

• Schedule follow-up conversations.

• Maintain accurate CRM notes after every call.

• Consistently meet daily activity and performance expectations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be located in the Philippines.

• Excellent spoken English.

• Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B cold calling experience.

• Experience speaking with U.S. business owners.

• Comfortable making 80-100 outbound cold calls per day.

• Results-driven and highly disciplined.

• Experience using CRM systems.

PAID 2-WEEK PROBATION PERIOD

Every new Sales Representative begins with a paid two-week probation period.

During this period, we'll evaluate your communication skills, professionalism, consistency, coachability, CRM usage, execution of our sales process, and overall performance.

Sales is a performance-driven profession. Representatives who demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and long-term potential will continue as permanent members of the EMK Global Ventures team.

• Which CRM systems have you used? (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

• Please record a 1-2 minute voice introduction in English telling us about your outbound sales experience and why you believe you would be successful in this role.
