# AI Automation Specialist (Philippines-based, Remote)

## About Kyriake Media
Kyriake Media is a Sydney-based real estate media company delivering drone photography, videography, and photo editing across south-west and western Sydney. We're building out a lean, automation-driven operation — connecting tools like Notion, Zapier, Higgsfield, and the Claude API to streamline everything from booking intake to final delivery.

## About the Role
We're looking for someone who can own and build out our automation stack — helping turn manual, repetitive processes into reliable, hands-off systems. You'll work closely with the founder to map workflows, build automations, and keep our booking-to-delivery pipeline running smoothly as we scale.

## Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automations in **Zapier** (and/or ---------- ) connecting our booking system, Notion, and delivery tools
- Support the booking intake pipeline: Google Calendar ? Zapier ? AI extraction ? CRM/order creation
- Help route and manage image processing pipelines (e.g. AutoHDR ? Dropbox ? Higgsfield)
- Maintain and refine **Notion** databases and SOPs as workflows evolve
- Troubleshoot broken automations and proactively flag inefficiencies
- Assist with integrating the **Claude API** into internal tools and workflows
- Document processes clearly so systems are easy to hand off or scale
- Communicate proactively with the Sydney-based team despite time zone differences

## Requirements
- Proven experience with **Zapier** and/or ** ---------- ** (portfolio or examples required)
- Comfortable working with **Notion** as a database/SOP system
- Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks (able to read documentation and test endpoints)
- Strong written English and clear async communication
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and a stable remote work setup

## Nice to Have
- Experience with real estate, photography, or creative agency workflows
- Exposure to AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, image-generation platforms like Higgsfield)
- Basic Python scripting (e.g. for file handling or image processing)
- Prior experience working with Australian clients/businesses
