ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Our telehealth medical clinic specializes in alternative treatments and has been connecting patients with healthcare practitioners for over three years. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized, patient-centered care that focuses on innovative alternatives when standard treatments fall short.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a friendly, patient-focused Nurse to assist with inbound calls and inquiries for our clinic. In this role, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring patients receive the care and attention they need, handling inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to patient inquiries over the phone
- Scheduling follow-up consultations
- Assisting with treatment-related questions
- Coordinating patient care with our healthcare practitioners
- Providing administrative support as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Nursing Background: Experience in patient care is required, and being a Registered Nurse is a plus but NOT a requirement. Passion for helping others is essential.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent and clear in spoken and written English.
- Patient-Focused: Ability to understand and address patient concerns with empathy.
- Team Player: Able to work effectively with healthcare professionals remotely.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling and patient management systems (training provided).
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
