XYZ Consulting is a US-based (Los Angeles) lead generation and sales agency. We help business owners grow by generating leads, following up, and booking appointments for them. We're looking for confident, experienced cold callers / appointment setters to join our team long-term.
You'll be calling leads, qualifying them, handling objections, and booking them into our calendar for sales calls. This is a phone-heavy role — if you're comfortable talking to people all day and you don't get shaken by rejection, you'll do great here.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Make outbound calls to leads (warm and cold)
- Qualify prospects and book appointments onto our calendar
- Follow up with leads via call, SMS, and
- Handle objections confidently and keep a positive tone
- Log call outcomes and notes in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Hit weekly call and appointment targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Excellent spoken English — C1 (Advanced) or C2 (Mastery) level required
- Clear, neutral, easily understood accent (this is a US-facing calling role)
- Previous cold calling / appointment setting / sales experience (required)
- Confident, energetic phone presence
- Thick skin — you can handle rejection and keep going
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to call from
- A working headset and computer
- Available to work US business hours (please confirm you're okay with this)
- Coachable and open to feedback
NICE TO HAVE:
- US BPO / call center experience (big plus)
- Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM
- Experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with dialers and calling software
DETAILS:
- Type: Full-time (or Part-time to start — open to discussion)
- Hours: US business hours (Pacific Time)
- Pay: [Base rate] + commission/bonus per booked appointment or closed deal
