HUMPIN HIPPIES | HH Brands LLC
ABOUT US
Humpin Hippies (HH Brands LLC) is a fast-growing wholesale wellness brand with a retro-hippie spirit, known for THC-free, vegan, USA-made enhancement gummies (and soon, enhancement honey). We sell B2B into smoke shops, vape shops, convenience stores, adult stores, and an active distributor network across the country. We're a lean, fast-moving team that values ownership, clean systems, and getting real results — not just busywork.
We will not spoon-feed you. You'll get goals and context — not step-by-step hand-holding. We are looking for someone with real work ethic, sharp judgment, and the initiative to figure things out and execute without being chased.
Quality standard: every concept and script is assessed. Low-effort, generic, or rushed work will NOT be accepted — no exceptions. Hooks, structure, tone, relevance — all of it is reviewed. We expect flawless, sharp work as the default, not something we have to ask for.
Performance is tracked against clear KPIs. This is not a role where you coast. If performance consistently falls short — missed deliverables, weak concepts, low output — you will be removed from the team. We move fast, we hold a high bar, and we only keep people who meet it.
THE ROLE
The creative engine behind our video content. You'll research what's working, develop original concepts and hooks, and write scripts for retailers, distributors, and consumers — keeping production stocked with a strong rolling content plan.
We need someone really creative first. Someone who can look at a trend or a product angle and turn it into a sharp, scroll-stopping script without needing every detail explained.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review the marketing calendar, current promotions, and product priorities.
- Review performance of recently published videos and research competitor content and trends.
- Develop weekly content themes and write original video concepts, hooks, and short-form scripts.
- Create shot lists and calls to action; develop alternate hooks for approved concepts.
- Create retailer-focused, distributor-focused, and consumer-facing variations.
- Identify footage, props, products, or people needed, and coordinate production needs with the team.
- Maintain a rolling two-week content plan and revise concepts based on feedback.
- Organize approved scripts in the content library.
WHAT YOU'LL DELIVER EACH WEEK
- 15–25 developed concepts and 10–20 complete scripts per week.
- 20–40 hook options per week.
- Shot lists for approved videos.
- Updated two-week content calendar and weekly trend/performance summary.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong short-form scriptwriting and hook-writing skills — proof of work is mandatory. No writing samples, no consideration — no exceptions.
- Sharp understanding of social video trends and what drives retention.
- Ability to write for multiple audiences (retailers, distributors, consumers).
- Comfortable working from a content calendar with weekly output targets.
- Really creative — original angles and hooks, not recycled ideas.
- Zero tolerance for low-effort work. Every concept and script is reviewed. Sloppy, rushed, or generic output will be rejected.
- Accountable to KPIs. Underperformance will not be tolerated long-term — if output and quality aren't there, you will be cut from the team.
- Self-direction. We will not spoon-feed instructions. You should be able to handle yourself, figure things out, and know what to do next without being micromanaged.
