About Us
We're a fast-growing ecommerce company running direct-response video ads (VSLs and short-form) for our own brands. We move quickly, test a lot, and reward people who take ownership. This role has real room to grow as we scale.
The Role
You'll turn our briefs into finished, ready-to-run video ads. We give you a clear brief — the angle, the hook, the script direction, the target emotion. From there, it's yours: you build the VSL end to end, source and edit the B-roll, generate voiceovers, and quality-check everything before it lands on our desk. We don't want to fix your work; we want to run it.
What You'll Do

Create VSLs and short-form video ads from our written briefs
Source, select and edit relevant B-roll and stock footage that fits the script and message
Generate and sync voiceovers (AI voice tools and/or your own workflow)
Add captions, text overlays, hooks, pacing and transitions that hold attention
Self-check every deliverable — audio levels, captions, timing, message match, aspect ratios — before submitting
Deliver in the formats we need (9:16, 1:1, 4:5) ready to upload
Iterate fast on feedback and apply learnings to the next batch

What We're Looking For

Proven experience editing video ads, VSLs, or short-form content (portfolio required)
Strong eye for pacing, hooks and retention — you understand what makes someone keep watching
Comfortable sourcing B-roll and building a story from a script, not just cutting clips
Experience with AI video/voice tools (e.g. ElevenLabs, HeyGen, VEO, Kling, Higgsfield) is a big plus
Skilled in CapCut and/or Premiere Pro / After Effects
Detail-obsessed — you catch your own mistakes before we do
Reliable, communicative, and able to hit deadlines consistently
Good written English

Nice to Have

Experience with direct-response / DTC ecommerce ads
Understanding of ad angles, awareness stages, and message match
Basic motion graphics
