Join a Growing Australian Holiday Property Management Company

Tropical Stays Cairns manages over 55 premium holiday homes across Far North Queensland, Australia.

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager who will become the Director’s right hand and play a key role in helping scale the business.

As we continue to grow, this role is designed to help the Director step away from the day-to-day operations by taking ownership of administration, operational coordination, systems and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Administration & Owner Support

* Prepare monthly owner reports.
* Prepare guest marketing campaigns and owner communications.
* Answer phone calls and manage company emails.
* Coordinate maintenance and contractor schedules.
* Schedule pool, garden, pest control, smoke alarm and air-conditioning services.
* Monitor operational tasks and ensure they are completed on time.
* Maintain accurate records and business documentation.
* Support the Director with daily operations and administration.
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency.
* Help implement new technology, automation and AI tools to streamline operations.
