JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:

We're a Meta ad creative agency working exclusively with DTC e-commerce brands. We produce high-performing ad creative — static images, UGC videos, and AI-animated videos. You can see our work at ---------- . We're growing and looking for a skilled AI video editor to join our team full-time.

What You'll Do:

Produce AI-animated video ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
Create and edit AI UGC-style videos using tools like HeyGen and Arcads
Generate and composite AI video clips using Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar
Edit, assemble, and polish final ads in CapCut (and other editors as needed)
Iterate quickly on creative based on performance feedback and direction
Deliver ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)

Requirements:

Proven experience with AI UGC tools (HeyGen, Arcads, or equivalent)
Hands-on skill with AI video generation (Runway, Kling, Sora, or similar)
Strong CapCut editing ability, plus comfort mixing multiple AI tools in one workflow
Understanding of what makes a Meta ad convert (hooks, pacing, retention)
Good written English and reliable communication
Full-time availability (40 hrs/week), able to overlap with our working hours
Fast, dependable, and detail-oriented

Nice to Have

Prior experience editing ads for e-commerce or DTC brands
Familiarity with Meta ad formats and best practices
Motion graphics or After Effects skills
