We are seeking a motivated, reliable Virtual Assistant to act as a Commercial Outreach Specialist for our junk removal business. This role will focus on calling local businesses in the state of Florida to introduce our services, build relationships, and secure commercial junk removal contracts. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who is organized, persuasive, and can represent our brand with professionalism and warmth. Fluent english is preferred without much of an accent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to commercial businesses (property managers, realtors, contractors, offices, retail stores, etc.)
- Introduce and promote our junk removal services
- Keep a detailed call log and lead tracker using Google Sheets
- Follow up with leads via phone or email to convert interest into paying clients
- Represent our values of reliability, sustainability, and community focus
- Report weekly progress and provide feedback on outreach strategy

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
- Comfortable using Google Sheets and email for lead tracking and communication
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Familiarity with the junk removal, moving, or service-based industry (a plus, but not required)
