Job Description
Hi,

You’ll be joining a team of full-stack developers, where your primary focus will be designing and integrating AI-driven solutions into existing systems using C#. You will take ownership of the AI layer of the product, including preparing data pipelines, structuring knowledge for model consumption, and implementing robust AI workflows that are reliable in production.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in:

RAG pipelines.
Vector databases.
Agentic function calling.
AI guardrails to reduce hallucinations and improve reliability.

You should be comfortable working closely with the lead developer and project manager to translate requirements into practical AI implementations, and coordinating with QA to ensure everything is thoroughly tested before release.

We value developers who are proactive, independent, and able to solve problems with minimal supervision. A strong understanding of best practices, clean architecture, and production-ready implementation is essential.

This role requires overlap with EST hours for part of the workday.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack development experience.

2+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing AI retrieval systems, including RAG pipelines and vector search.

Strong experience building AI integrations in C#.

Practical understanding of vector search, retrieval workflows, and agent-based systems.

Experience building reliable, well-tested AI features for production.
