JOB OVERVIEW

Linaziada is a London-based premium modest fashion brand known for its refined aesthetic, high-quality fabrics, and loyal customer base. We are looking for an experienced Klaviyo Email Marketer to own our email marketing function end-to-end — from strategy and copywriting through to design and execution.

This is not a templating role. We need someone who understands luxury branding, thinks strategically about customer retention, and can produce emails that feel as premium as the brand itself.

What you'll be doing:

Building and managing automated flows in Klaviyo — welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, and re-engagement flows
Planning and executing monthly email campaigns tailored to specific customer segments
Creating and maintaining audience segments based on purchase behaviour, engagement, and customer lifetime value
Designing visually stunning, on-brand emails using Figma or Canva that reflect Linaziada's luxury aesthetic
Writing compelling, concise copy that feels elevated and on-brand — never generic
Managing and growing our subscriber list including pop-up sign-up forms and lead capture
Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on key metrics (open rate, click rate, revenue, deliverability), and continuously optimising
Nurturing our loyal customer base with thoughtful, personalised communication

What we're looking for:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Klaviyo experience with verifiable results — please include specific metrics and examples of campaigns you have managed
Proven experience working with ecommerce brands, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
Strong eye for design and a genuine understanding of luxury brand aesthetics
Proficiency in Figma or Canva for email design
Deep understanding of segmentation, list hygiene, and deliverability best practices
Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, and meet deadlines without being chased
Klaviyo certification is a strong advantage
