JOB OVERVIEW

Outreach & Research Specialist for US Marketing Consultancy

I run STMG, a marketing consultancy serving US ecommerce brands. I’m hiring one full-time specialist to run my outbound prospecting system. This is a long-term role, starting with a paid 3-month trial that converts to permanent.

What makes this role different:
This is NOT a mass cold email job. No Instantly, no Smartlead, no automation tools, no 500 sends a day. You will send 8-10 highly researched, individually written emails per day. Every message is based on real research into a specific brand’s advertising. Quality is measured by reply rate, not send count.

What you’ll do daily:
• Research ---------- brands using Facebook Ad Library and AI research tools (I provide complete SOPs and prompts)
• Write short, personalized outreach emails following my documented system
• Send follow-ups on schedule and log activity in our CRM
• Build and maintain a research queue of upcoming prospects

You’re a strong fit if you:
• Write excellent English (this is the #1 requirement and will be tested)
• Are detail-oriented and follow written processes exactly
• Are comfortable using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) as research assistants while applying your own judgment
• Want ONE stable full-time employer, not multiple clients

Experience with cold email tools is NOT required. I will train the right person. Strong writing and attention to detail matter more than outreach experience.

Schedule: 40 hrs/week, weekdays, with at least 4 hours overlapping US Eastern mornings.

Hiring process: Short application review, then a video call, then a 3-month paid trial at full salary.

“Hi Sarah, I hope this email finds you well! I came across Glow Botanica and I have to say, I’m really impressed by your amazing branding and engaging social media presence. I noticed something interesting about your ad strategy that I’d love to share with you. My agency has helped over 200 brands scale to 7 figures. Do you have 15 minutes this week for a quick call?”

3. Briefly: What is your current work situation (other clients? why do you want one full-time employer?), and what is your internet speed and computer setup?
