# Remote Sales Representative & Customer Support (US Market)

**Location:** Remote
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Salary:** $400 USD/month + Performance Bonuses
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday (U.S. Business Hours) | Weekend availability is a plus

## About Us

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing in **Mini Excavators, Utility Trailers, and Heavy Equipment** across the United States.

We're looking for an ambitious, energetic, and customer-focused **Sales Representative** who enjoys talking to customers, solving problems, and closing sales.

If you have excellent English, call center or sales experience, and are comfortable using AI tools while speaking with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

## What You'll Do

* Answer inbound sales calls from potential customers.
* Call back leads who requested information or didn't complete their purchase.
* Help customers choose the right equipment for their needs.
* Explain pricing, financing options (when available), shipping, warranties, and promotions.
* Handle objections confidently and guide customers toward a purchase.
* Reply to customer emails, SMS, and live chat inquiries.
* Use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) during calls to quickly access product information and provide accurate answers.
* Keep detailed notes inside our CRM after every interaction.
* Deliver a professional, friendly, and trustworthy customer experience.

* Speaks fluent English with a clear and professional accent.
* Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a call center.
* Is confident speaking on the phone and enjoys building relationships.
* Knows how to overcome objections and close sales.
* Learns new products quickly.
* Is comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity.
* Is organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
* Can work independently from home with minimal supervision.

## Preferred Qualifications

Experience in any of the following is a strong advantage:

* High-ticket sales
* Heavy equipment or machinery
* Trailers, automotive, or construction industry
* Shopify or WooCommerce
* CRM platforms
* VoIP phone systems
* AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)

* Laptop or desktop computer.
* Stable high-speed internet connection.

* Backup internet or power source is a plus.
