Key Requirements for This Role:
Working Hours: Approximately 8:30 AM CDT to 12:30 AM CDT (Central Daylight Time, North America), Monday through Friday. This shift ensures significant overlap with our US-based clients and tea
Exceptional English Communication: You must possess excellent and professional verbal/written English communication skills, with a clear, neutral, or very lightly accented speaking style suitable for direct and professional client interactions.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, delivering assets, gathering feedback, and proactively managing expectations.
Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project timelines within
Task Management & Monitoring: Utilize
Automation & Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows using
Software Management: Effectively manage and leverage our core software platforms, including
Performance Management & Accountability: Understand and apply our internal guidelines for addressing missed task timelines, including providing training, increasing accountability, and escalating issues as necessary. Communicate the financial implications of time management to the team.
Reporting to Leadership: Provide regular updates to the Owner, including daily stand-up contributions and monthly reports on owner activities that have been automated or delegated.
Team Collaboration & Culture: Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, emphasizing a people-first approach while ensuring efficient task management.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
Previous Project Coordinator or Project Management experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve effectively and proactively.
Proven ability to set boundaries and hold tea
Ability to work independently and remotely in a part-time capacity with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Pay
Pay is aligned with an entry-level, part-time Project Coordinator role.
