Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Government Contract Proposal Writer to identify, prepare, write, and submit competitive proposals for Federal, State, and Local Government contracting opportunities.
The ideal candidate has direct experience responding to government solicitations and understands the requirements, compliance standards, and submission process for government bids. We are looking for someone who can manage the proposal process from opportunity identification through final submission.
Responsibilities
* Search for relevant government contracting opportunities.
* Review and analyze RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, Sources Sought, and other government solicitations.
* Prepare complete, compliant, and persuasive proposal packages.
* Write technical proposals, capability statements, executive summaries, past performance narratives, and other required documents.
* Coordinate with internal tea
* Ensure all proposals meet solicitation requirements, formatting guidelines, and submission deadlines.
* Submit proposals through the appropriate government procurement portals.
* Maintain proposal templates, past performance records, and proposal documentation.
Requirements
* At least 1 year of experience writing and submitting proposals for government contracts.
* Demonstrated experience responding to Federal, State, and Local Government RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, or similar solicitations.
* Strong understanding of government procurement processes and proposal compliance.
* Excellent writing, editing, research, and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple proposals and meet strict deadlines.
* Experience using government procurement portals is preferred.
