JOB OVERVIEW

Hayley Jane Beauty Bar is a luxury beauty salon specialising in nails, Korean lash lifts, brows, and beauty therapy. Our brand is warm, modern, educational, and focused on making every client feel confident and cared for.

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Email Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our email marketing and help us increase bookings, client retention, and product sales.

Your Responsibilities:
* Create and manage all email marketing campaigns in Flodesk.
* Write engaging, on-brand email copy that feels personal rather than overly sales-focused.
* Design beautiful, mobile-friendly email layouts that match our luxury branding.
* Schedule and send two marketing emails each week.
* Build and optimise automated email sequences, including:
* Welcome Series
* First-Time Client Offer
* Rebooking Reminders
* Birthday Emails
* Win-Back Campaigns
* Product Launch Emails
* Segment our email list for more targeted campaigns.
* Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements based on open rates, click-through rates, and bookings.
* Work with content from our social media and transform it into engaging email campaigns.
* Recommend new ideas to grow our email list and increase client bookings.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience using Flodesk (preferred).
* Has strong copywriting skills.
* Has an eye for clean, luxury design.
* Understands email marketing strategy and customer journeys.
* Has experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry (preferred).
* Can work independently and bring creative ideas.
* Is organised, reliable, and communicates well.
* Has excellent written English.
