JOB OVERVIEW

Hi.- thanks for taking the time to look at this job. My name is Chris and I am the founder of a new start-up business that runs a UK home & garden website with free project cost calculators and guides (decking, patios, artificial grass, fencing, and more). I'm looking for a skilled Pinterest specialist to grow our website traffic from Pinterest over the long term. This is an ongoing role — ideal for someone reliable I can work with well into the future. But it is genuinely for someone who really knows Pinterest very well please.

The most important outcome sought from the role:

The one number I care about above all else from this role is going to be "outbound clicks" from Pinterest to our website — that's what your weekly reports to me should lead with, and what we'll judge success on. The expectation is it will grow month over month from a standing start, and we'll review properly at the 3-month mark.

What you'll do:

Create a consistent flow of fresh pins each day in Canva from our guides and calculator pages
Set up and organise keyword-optimised boards
Write clear, natural pin titles and descriptions in good English
Schedule pins consistently (Tailwind or similar)
Send a short weekly report focused on outbound clicks to our website (not just impressions or followers)

What we're looking for:

Proven Pinterest experience — you can show a portfolio and analytics of accounts you've grown, especially outbound-click growth
Confident with Canva and Pinterest SEO (keyword research for pins and boards)
Good written English — our audience is British, so pin text needs to read naturally
Reliable, self-managing, and honest with numbers

This is a paid, skilled role for someone who knows Pinterest well and can largely run this channel with light direction fro ---------- .

To apply, please do these things:

1. people come to us to work out what a home or garden project will cost, and we earn money when they click through from our pages to relevant products and services. With that in mind, take a quick look at our website ---------- and tell me what is one page or topic you'd pin first, and why.

2. We're starting from scratch with no Pinterest presence yet. In your first month, a) what would you focus on to start getting clicks to our site as soon as possible — and b) what would you deliberately not worry about yet?

3. Proven results — ideally share with me a screenshot of Pinterest analytics from an account you've managed showing outbound clicks growing over time (a portfolio of pins is a nice-to-have, but the click growth is what we most want to see)

I will pay your salary monthly in advance $303 USD each month.
