JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated person who’s great at talking to people, building genuine connections to consistently close sales. You don’t need to sound overly “salesy”, what matters most is being able to hold natural conversations, get to know people, and make them feel comfortable.

As part of our team, you’ll receive leads, content, and access to our client database. Your main role is to reach out to potential clients (some cold, some already interested), chat with them, and keep the conversation flowing. You’ll need to maintain and drive the conversation, ask the right questions, and guide it in a friendly way toward a sale. The key to success in this role is your ability to keep people engaged and enjoy the interaction, not just the transaction.

What we’re looking for:
• Excellent English communication skills
• Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people, making small talk, asking questions, and keeping conversations alive
• Strong conversational skills, you can maintain and drive a chat without it feeling forced
• Friendly, social, and comfortable chatting over text or voice
• Able to multitask and manage multiple leads while staying organized
• Quick learner with a positive, growth-oriented mindset
• Confident in steering conversations toward a goal naturally
