JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I'm Ali, and I run a growing online education/coaching business in the US. I'm looking for a talented, reliable video editor to become my long-term editing partner.

The work (every week, ongoing):
• Edit 1-2 videos per week, from 15-30 minutes long (final length)
• Footage is talking-head style, shot with 2 camera angles — I use a Rodecaster video switcher while I record, so the angle-switching is already done for you in the main recording. ????
• Fast-cut editing style: tight pacing, remove pauses, filler words, and mistakes — think modern YouTube pacing
• Apply my custom filter/LUT to match my brand look (I'll provide the files and a style guide)
• Cut 2 short vertical clips (Reels/Shorts) from each video
• Videos are published on YouTube, IG and inside my course/membership portal, so quality and consistency matter (you can check out my channel here ---------- )

What I provide:
• Raw footage via Google Drive (main video files, images for end screens, and B-roll if applicable)
• My custom filter/LUT files and a simple brand style guide
• My music files (I compose the music myself for my videos)
• Example videos showing the exact pacing and look I want
• Clear feedback, fast payment, and steady weekly work

Requirements:
• 2+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio of talking-head / YouTube-style edits
• Strong fast-cut / jump-cut editing skills (show me examples!)
• Confident with color grading and applying LUTs/custom filters
• You can use whatever software you're best in (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut — your choice), as long as the output matches my style and the file type/size is what I request.
• Reliable internet fast enough to download ~10–30GB of footage per video
• Ability to deliver each video within 3 business days of receiving footage
• Good written English and responsive communication (I'll mostly communicate async)

Pay:
Flat rate per video package (one 15-30 min edited video + 2 shorts), with a budget of $25 or under per package. Before you quote, know this: the footage comes to you PRE-switched between the two camera angles, so there's no multi-cam syncing or angle-cutting from scratch — I edit these videos myself in under 2 hours, and I'm only handing them off to free up my time.

Tell me your rate per video package in your application. Paid biweekly via Wise, direct to your GCash or bank account in PHP. This is steady, long-term work — 2 videos every week, 8+ packages a month — for the right person. Super excited to find someone to help me with this as I've been doing it for 10 years!
