Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Zendesk experience
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
- Previous experience working for a healthcare, telemedicine, pharmacy, or medical-related company

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our growing online healthcare team.

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk (email and ticketing system)
- Respond to patient questions professionally, clearly, and empathetically
- Assist with order status, subscription inquiries, account issues, and general support requests
- Follow SOPs, scripts, workflows, and escalation guidelines accurately
- Document customer interactions clearly and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Identify issues requiring escalation and follow proper procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information appropriately

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Zendesk experience
- Experience working in healthcare, telemedicine, pharmacy, or a related medical field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (i.e. Sheets) and CRM/ support tools
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team processes

Nice to Have
- Experience supporting Canadian or US customers
- Experience in e-commerce or subscription-based businesses
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy standards and patient support workflows
