## Position Details
**Type of work:** Part-time / Project-Based
**Hours:** Approximately 10–15 hours per week during the initial setup
**Rate:** $10 USD per hour, depending on experience
**Potential:** Long-term ongoing work after the initial project
**Schedule:** Flexible, with some availability for communication during Israel business hours
## About Us
The Private Room is a family-run fine jewelry boutique based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
We sell fine jewelry, personalized jewelry, Judaica jewelry, diamond pieces and custom-made designs through our Shopify website. Our customers are located in Israel, the United States and other international markets.
We are looking for an experienced **Klaviyo
This is not a general virtual-assistant position. We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience using **Klaviyo with Shopify e-commerce stores**.
## The Project
Our Shopify store is already connected to Klaviyo, and some basic templates and customer events already exist.
We need someone who can audit the current setup, correct technical issues and build a complete customer lifecycle
You will be responsible for both the technical setup and the customer-facing execution.
## Main Responsibilities
### 1. Audit and Technical Setup
* Audit our current Klaviyo account and Shopify integration
* Confirm that all important Shopify events are tracking correctly
* Fix or advise us how to fix product catalog synchronization
* Check Viewed Product, Added to Cart, Checkout Started, Placed Order and Fulfilled Order events
* Correct account settings, including timezone and sending configuration
* Check
* Confirm that Shopify and Klaviyo are not sending duplicate abandoned-checkout
* Test all dynamic links, product information and checkout recovery links
* Improve
### 2. Build the Core Klaviyo Flows
The initial project should include:
* Welcome Series
* Browse Abandonment
* Added-to-Cart Abandonment
* Abandoned Checkout
* First-Time Customer Post-Purchase
* Returning Customer Post-Purchase
* Order Fulfillment Follow-Up
* Jewelry Care
* Product Review Request
* Cross-Sell and Upsell
* Back-in-Stock
* Win-Back
* VIP Customer
* Sunset and Re-Engagement
* Birthday and Anniversary
* Bespoke Jewelry or Private Appointment Lead Follow-Up
Each flow must include the correct:
* Trigger
* Timing and delays
* Flow filters
* Conditional splits
* Exit conditions
* Smart Sending settings
* Customer segmentation
* Purchase and engagement exclusions
Customers must automatically leave cart, checkout or browse flows once they complete a purchase.

* Write clear, elegant and conversion-focused
* Maintain a refined, personal and luxury tone
* Avoid aggressive or overly promotional language
* Build mobile-friendly
* Use our existing brand style and Shopify imagery
* Create clear calls to action
* Use dynamic product images and customer information where appropriate
* Create subject lines and preview text
* Include proper unsubscribe and compliance elements
* Separate marketing
The design should feel like a private fine-jewelry boutique—not a generic dropshipping or discount-store template.
### 4. Segmentation and Personalization
Create useful customer segments, including:
* Subscribers who have never purchased
* First-time customers
* Repeat customers
* VIP and high-value customers
* Engaged subscribers
* Unengaged subscribers
* Customers interested in necklaces, bracelets, rings or personalized jewelry
* High-intent browsers
* Abandoned carts and checkouts
* Bespoke-jewelry leads
* Israeli customers
* International customers
* Customers who purchased Judaica or personalized jewelry
Use conditional splits when new customers, returning customers and high-value customers should receive different communication.
### 5. Welcome Offer and Coupons
* Set up our first-purchase welcome offer
* Confirm that the discount is limited to eligible customers
* Recommend whether we should use a fixed code or unique single-use Shopify discount codes
* Prevent existing customers from repeatedly receiving first-purchase discounts
* Test discount links and checkout behavior
### 6. Testing and Quality Assurance
Before any flow is activated, you must:
* Test every
* Check all links
* Test personalization variables
* Test dynamic Shopify product information
* Confirm flow filters and conditional splits
* Check that customers stop receiving recovery
* Review spelling, grammar and formatting
* Send test
* Receive our approval before changing any flow to Live
Nothing should be activated without our review and approval.
### 7. Reporting and Documentation
At the end of the project, provide:
* A document listing every flow created
* The purpose and trigger of each flow
* Timing between
* Filters and conditional splits used
* A list of segments created
* Any Shopify or Klaviyo issues that still require attention
* Recommendations for future campaigns
* A simple monthly reporting template
* A short screen-recorded walkthrough of the account
## Required Experience
You must have:
* Proven hands-on experience with Klaviyo
* Experience integrating and managing Klaviyo with Shopify
* Experience building complete e-commerce lifecycle flows
* Strong written English

* Experience with dynamic Shopify product blocks
* Experience testing flow logic and event data
* Understanding of
* Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Experience with luxury, jewelry, fashion, beauty or other premium e-commerce brands is highly preferred.
## This Role Is Not Suitable For

* You rely entirely on generic templates or AI-generated copy
* You cannot provide examples of previous Klaviyo work
