We run a growing network of YouTube channels in the cars and motorcycles niche, producing 100+ videos per month. As the network grows, this role grows with it. You will start with two clearly defined tasks, every working day:
1. Create voiceovers. You will generate the voiceover for each video using our AI voice tool, with our exact settings, and check the audio before delivery: no mispronounced model names, no weird numbers, no glitches. We will teach you the entire process; no audio experience needed.
2. Check scripts. Before a script goes to production, you check it against our written checklist: correct units, correct structure, our formatting rules followed, obvious errors flagged. You do not rewrite anything; you catch what breaks the rules and report it.
What we are looking for: someone precise, consistent and coachable. Both tasks are fully teachable in the first week, and you will be trained directly by our channel manager. What we cannot teach is care: this job is for someone who genuinely notices when something is slightly off.
Experience that is a plus:
Working on YouTube channels or other content production (uploads, editing support, channel operations)
Proofreading, QA, or any job where your role was catching other people's mistakes
AI tools: text-to-speech or voice generation tools, ChatGPT, Claude or others
Knowledge of cars or motorcycles (you will spot a mispronounced model name much faster)
Remote VA experience with daily deliverables for one long-term client
You are a fit if:
You are obsessively detail-oriented. A mispronounced bike name in a finished voiceover would genuinely bother you
You are consistent: work every working day, communicate when something changes, never just disappear
You read English carefully (our scripts are English, US market)
You follow written instructions exactly, every time
You want stable, long-term work with one team
The offer:
Part-time to start: 20 hours per week, growing into full-time as the network expands
$150/month, paid weekly during the first month
Consistent daily workload
Full training in week one, direct daily contact with our channel manager
Long-term: the network is growing and we promote from inside
To apply, follow these three steps exactly. Applications that miss any step are not read.
1. Type the word SPROCKET in capital letters as the very first line of your application, before anything else. This is how we know you read the full post.
2. Four of our script rules are: all units must be US units (miles, pounds, dollars); scripts never use the em dash character; every video intro must be under 60 words; prices are always exact ranges, never the word "around". Here is a script fragment. Tell me every rule violation you find:
"The Kawasaki Vulcan S weighs 226 kilograms and sells for around four thousand dollars. It is the perfect first cruiser for a returning rider, and the low seat means almost anyone can plant both feet flat at a stoplight."
3. Tell me your available working hours in Amsterdam time, and whether you have other clients.
