BKD Financial Solutions is a professional financial services company dedicated to helping individuals and families improve their credit through ethical, compliant, and strategic credit restoration.

We are seeking an experienced Credit Repair Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has hands-on experience preparing and processing credit repair dispute rounds and can confidently work with minimal supervision.

This is a behind-the-scenes position focused primarily on dispute processing. Client communication will be handled by management.

Job Responsibilities
Review client credit reports and supporting documentation.
Prepare and process dispute rounds accurately using credit repair software.
Analyze negative accounts and determine the appropriate dispute strategy based on company procedures.
Update client files and maintain accurate dispute records.
Monitor dispute timelines and ensure files move through the dispute process efficiently.
Organize and maintain confidential client documentation.
Follow BKD Financial Solutions' internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Communicate with management regarding completed files, questions, or discrepancies.
Perform quality control checks before dispute rounds are submitted.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on credit repair processing experience.
Experience preparing and processing dispute rounds is required.
Experience using one or more of the following:
DisputeFox
Credit Repair Cloud (CRC)
Client Dispute Manager (CDM)
Or similar credit repair software
Strong understanding of the credit repair process.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
Ability to maintain productivity while working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with:

DisputeFox
Credit monitoring platforms (IdentityIQ, SmartCredit, MyFreeScoreNow, Credit Hero Score, etc.)
Credit report analysis
