JOB OVERVIEW

Contract | Remote | Per-Video Pay | Growth + Bonus Opportunities

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable part-time video editor (20 hrs/week) to join our remote creative team and help us produce high-performing direct-response content for multiple e-commerce brands.

This role includes both short-form UGC/TikTok-style videos and 2–3-minute mini VSLs, as well as assisting with AI avatar creation (HeyGen) and basic AI text-to-video generation (Kling 3.0, Higgsfield, etc.).

Tools, training, and full creative direction will be provided.

???? What You’ll Be Doing

Editing short-form UGC-style videos (30–60 seconds)

Editing 2–3 minute mini VSLs

Creating or assisting with AI avatars in HeyGen

Generating supplemental clips using Kling 3.0, Higgsfield, or similar AI tools

(Training provided if needed)

Matching visuals, pacing, and emotion to scripted voiceovers

Pulling and organizing B-roll from stock libraries or AI image/video tools

Delivering clean, polished, conversion-focused edits consistently

Working flexibly with workload changes week-to-week

???? Pay & Bonuses

Per-video structure (same as our current internal rates):

Short-form videos (30–60s): $5 each

Mini VSLs (2–3 min): $12 each

UGC / AI generation tasks: $3 each

(Depending on complexity, added on top of edit pay)

Commission opportunities available on winning creatives

Flexible workload: some weeks lighter, some weeks heavier

Bonus pay for high-output or urgent-turnaround weeks

Room to grow into higher creative roles (Full time senior editor, creative strategist, etc.)

Strong skills in CapCut, Premiere, or similar short-form editing tools

Fast and clean editing workflow

Attention to detail — syncing visuals to pacing + emotional beats

Basic understanding of storytelling for eCommerce ads

Ability to take feedback well and follow brand direction

Reliable communication + consistent weekly output

Bonus Points For:

Experience with eCommerce ads, UGC, or mini VSLs

Familiarity with AI tools like HeyGen or Kling 3.0 (not required — training provided)
