We're a US seasoning brand (Crack Spice). Your job is simple: call independent grocery stores, delis, and butcher shops in the US from a list we provide, and get them to say YES to a free sample box. You are NOT selling or closing deals on the phone. One goal only: a yes plus a shipping address. We handle the rest.
We provide the phone system (US number, browser dialer), the lead list, and a full script. You bring a good phone voice, thick skin, and consistency.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Call 80-120 US businesses per shift from our list
- Follow our script: quick pitch, ask to mail a free sample, get the shipping address
- Log every call outcome in our simple web tool (we train you)
- Leave short voi
- Send a quick end-of-shift summary
SCHEDULE
Full time, 40 hrs/week, during US business hours (you will work a night shift in the Philippines).
PAY
$5/hour base + $3-5 bonus per accepted free-sample, paid weekly. Strong callers earn well above base.
MUST HAVE
- Clear, confident spoken English (neutral accent preferred, US phone experience a big plus)
- Prior cold calling / appointment setting / outbound sales experience
- Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and stable internet (wired preferred)
- Quiet place to work during US hours
- Comfortable hearing "no" all day and staying upbeat
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling to US retail / grocery / food buyers
- Familiarity with dialers (JustCall, Aircall, GoHighLevel, etc.) and Google Sheets
HOW TO APPLY (follow these exactly or you will not be considered)
1. Start your reply with the word CRACK so I know you read this post.
2. Answer this: a store owner says "I'm not interested, please take me off your list." What do you say? (2-3 sentences)
3. Attach a 1-minute voice recording reading this out loud: "Hi, this is [your name] with Crack Spice. We've got a seasoning that's selling really well and I'd love to mail your store a free sample, no cost and no catch. Can I send one over?"
4. Tell me your available hours in US Eastern time.
