JOB OVERVIEW

Job Title: Sales-Focused Virtual Assistant (Inbound Leads | Cleaning Services)

Hours: Part ---------- -Time
Compensation: $5.50/hour + Performance Bonus

About Us

We are a growing U.S.-based residential cleaning company focused on high-quality service and recurring clients. We receive inbound leads daily through calls and messages.

We are looking for a sales-driven Virtual Assistant who can confidently communicate with potential clients, follow instructions, and convert inquiries into booked jobs.

Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and respond to leads quickly
Follow a structured sales script to guide conversations
Convert inquiries into booked cleaning appointments
Handle common objections (pricing, timing, trust)
Send quotes and follow up with leads who haven’t booked
Manage scheduling using BookingKoala
Update CRM with accurate notes, outcomes, and follow-ups
Maintain clear communication with the business owner

What We’re Looking For
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Confident on the phone and comfortable asking for the sale
Able to follow instructions and stick to a process
Detail-oriented and organized
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer service preferred

Compensation & Bonus
Base Pay: $5.50/hour (starts with part-time hours and can convert to full-time for the right candidate)
Performance Bonus: Discussed with the right candidate
Opportunity for increased hours and long-term role based on performance
