About Us:
TMB Tax Bureau is a growing multi-brand financial services company serving clients nationwide — tax preparation, credit restoration, bookkeeping, CRM software, and tax professional education. We're building a high-energy sales team, and we need a closer who can turn warm conversations into signed clients.

What You'll Do:

Take qualified leads and discovery calls booked by our appointment setters and close them into paying clients
Follow our proven call scripts and offer frameworks (all scripts provided — no guesswork)
Present service packages across our brands (tax prep, credit repair plans, CRM software, and more) and match clients to the right offer
Handle objections with confidence and professionalism
Log all call outcomes, notes, and next steps in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Follow up with pending prospects until a decision is made
Hit weekly and monthly closing targets

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of sales or closing experience (phone sales, high-ticket, or service-based sales preferred)
Excellent spoken English and a warm, confident phone presence
Comfortable following scripts while still sounding natural and personable
Self-motivated, coachable, and hungry for commission
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, quality headset
Experience with GoHighLevel or any CRM is a plus

Compensation & Growth:

$4.50/hr starting base pay
Performance bonuses on closed deals — top closers earn well above base
First performance review at 45 days with raise opportunity
Scripts, training, and ongoing coaching provided
