JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing Research Use Only (RUO) peptides business. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable learning technical product information, and able to communicate clearly while following strict compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly
Assist with order tracking, refunds, replacements, and general support
Update product information, inventory records, and internal spreadsheets
Perform online research and organize findings accurately
Support website, email, and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
Ensure all customer-facing communication follows RUO compliance guidelines
Avoid providing medical advice or making claims about human use
Assist with other tasks as the business grows

Qualifications
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
Experience in customer service, e-commerce, research, or virtual assistance
Familiarity with Shopify, Gorgias, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools is helpful
Experience with RUO products, supplements, healthcare, or science-related businesses is preferred but not required
Willingness to learn industry terminology and compliance requirements

Compensation and Schedule

Rate: $5 per hour with performance bonuses
Schedule: 9AM EST- 5PM EST
