We're building a world-class marketing team that moves quickly, executes with excellence, and constantly pushes creative boundaries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our marketing department.

Position Overview

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring every marketing initiative is planned, executed, and launched flawlessly.

You will own the operational side of marketing—keeping projects on schedule, holding the team accountable, managing cross-functional execution, building processes, and making sure every campaign is launch-ready.

This role is the central point of coordination for the marketing department. Every marketing tea ---------- mber and contractor reports to you for project execution, timelines, and deliverables.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Operations
Own the master marketing calendar and ensure every campaign, launch, promotion, and product drop executes on schedule.
Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deadlines across the marketing team.
Keep projects moving from kickoff through launch and post-launch.

Team Accountability
Own follow-up across the entire marketing department.
Chase every outstanding task, approval, asset, and deadline until it's complete.
Ensure every tea ---------- mber knows exactly what they own and when it's due.
Hold the marketing team accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
Escalate only true blockers with recommended solutions—not status updates.

Launch Readiness & QA
Be the second set of eyes on every marketing launch.
Conduct a final quality assurance review before every campaign goes live.
Verify each marketing channel is complete, accurate, and aligned with the campaign brief.
Provide a concise launch readiness report highlighting overall status, outstanding items, and any launch risks.

Creator Operations
Manage the creator pipeline from outreach through content delivery.
Vet creators using internal scorecards.
Negotiate within approved guidelines.
Collect content, manage deliverables, coordinate whitelisting, and ensure timely handoffs to Paid Media.

Cross-Functional Execution
Own every handoff between departments.
Coordinate work between Creative, Content, Paid Media, Email, Social Media, Product, and Operations.
Ensure projects never stall due to communication gaps or unclear ownership.

SOPs & Process Improvement
Build, document, and maintain Marketing SOPs.
Create repeatable workflows, launch checklists, and operational documentation.
Continuously improve marketing processes as the company scales.
Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing scorecards before meetings.
Maintain marketing dashboards and reporting.
Surface key insights, launch risks, and operational improvements to leadership.

Systems & Tools

You should be comfortable working with modern marketing and AI tools, including:

Shopify
Notion
Claude Cowork
ChatGPT
Klaviyo
Meta Ads Manager
Google Workspace
Slack
Canva

You don't need to know every platform perfectly on day one, but you should be highly tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and excited to leverage AI to improve workflows and productivity.
