We're a science-based online wellbeing brand with a nature focus. We're close to launch - you'll help us with the final steps of setting up the system, then move into running and growing it with us.
We're looking for someone who genuinely gets the personal growth space - not just professionally, but personally.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Creating and scheduling social media content in our established brand voice
Managing and energising our online community group — sparking conversation, responding warmly, keeping people engaged
Handling comments and DMs across platforms
Producing simple graphics and basic short-form video/Reels content
Supporting our paid social campaigns — drafting and post ads, monitor spend, and report on what's working (together with the founder)
Reporting on what's working and what's not
Other associated work as required
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Proven social media content and community management experience
Some hands-on paid social ads experience — you've launched and monitored campaigns, even if you haven't owned strategy end-to-end
Strong copywriting skills — you know how to stop a scroll
Social media graphic creation and basic video/Reels editing
Reads analytics and reports clearly
Fast to respond, proactive, and self-directed — you don't wait to be told
Comfortable working across WordPress and a CRM system

You've been through some real challenges in life, and come out the other side with a bigger understanding of the world and of yourself — you have real value to give from that, and you're ready for a role that carries meaning.

Approx. 20 hours/week — mostly weekday mornings. Minor weekend moderation is flexible and something we can work out.
Remote — We are based in Australia so it's Philippines timezone (daytime working hours).
