We are seeking an experienced PI Case Manager to support a busy California law firm. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience managing Personal Injury (PI) or Lemon Law cases from intake through resolution.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload from intake through settlement or resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their case
Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other third parties
Monitor case progress and ensure deadlines are met
Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Maintain accurate case notes and update the case management system
Follow up on outstanding documents and records
Assist with demand package preparation and settlement coordination
Escalate issues requiring attorney review
Perform other case management and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a PI Case Manager or Lemon Law Case Manager
Experience handling California Personal Injury and/or California Lemon Law cases
Strong understanding of the case lifecycle and legal processes
Excellent client communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Experience using legal case management software (CASEpeer, Filevine, Litify, Clio, SmartAdvocate, Needles, or similar) is highly preferred
Work Schedule:
Full-time
Must be available to work during Los Angeles, California business hours
