Excellent spoken and written English (clear, professional, confident on calls)
Previous experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting (SaaS, professional services, or finance is a big plus)
Comfortable speaking with business owners, directors, and practice managers
Reliable, disciplined, and results-oriented — able to hit daily call targets
Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) is highly preferred
Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
Available for 20–30 hours per week (Australian business hours overlap preferred)
What We Offer:
Monthly salary: AUD $850 – $1,400 (depending on experience and performance)

2-week paid trial period
Flexible part-time hours to start (potential to grow with the company)
