JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We're a growing e-commerce brand based in the USA selling kids' swimwear, clothing and accessories on Shopify and Amazon, alongside an active Instagram presence. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented experienced marketing assistant to help us execute email campaigns and manage our social media presence.

Responsibilities:
Design and build email campaigns in Klaviyo (newsletters, promotions, automated flows)
Design social media graphics/posts (Instagram feed, Stories, Reels covers, etc.)
Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
Assist with maintaining a consistent brand look and voice across all channels
Basic video editing for Reels, TikTok
Other marketing support tasks as they come up

Requirements:

Proven experience with Klaviyo (please don't apply if you haven't used it before)
Strong graphic design skills (must be familiar with Canva)
Experience managing social media for a brand or business (must be familiar with Instagram + TikTok)
Good understanding of e-commerce/DTC marketing
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily deadlines
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
