JOB OVERVIEW

Video Editor Wanted — BattlePaws (2D Animated History/Mythology Channel)

BattlePaws is a growing 2D animated YouTube channel telling history, mythology, and battle stories through deadpan narration and a mascot character. Style inspired by DumbDoggoAnimation, TheOdd1sOut, and HeyHistorically.

We're looking for a long-term video editor. Our animators deliver raw animated scenes with synced voice-over — no text, no transitions, no sound design. You finish the video: on-screen text and captions, transitions, SFX, music, emphasis moves, and the final retention pass.

What we need:

At least 6 videos/month, 10–15 minutes each (scaling toward 30-minute videos)
Paid per video
Comfortable with any editing software (Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.)
Deadpan comedic timing over flashy effects
Available via WhatsApp for daily communication
