JOB OVERVIEW

I run an AI automation agency in Chicago. We build n8n workflows, AI agents, voice agents, and CRM automations for healthcare and wellness businesses across the US.

I'm hiring a developer to work directly under me. Simply put: I'm hiring a version of me. You'll build alongside me, learn how I work, and take on more ownership as you prove yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and maintain n8n workflows: webhooks, HTTP requests, API integrations, error handling
- Work with AI Tools (Claude) to build agents and automations
- GoHighLevel (GHL) builds: workflows, forms, tags, custom fields, calendars
- Connect systems together: CRMs, EHRs, Stripe, email, chat widgets
- Join client calls with me. Take client calls yourself. You will be client-facing, not hidden in the back office.
- Test, debug, and document everything you build

NON-NEGOTIABLES
- FLUENT SPOKEN ENGLISH. You will be on live video calls with US clients. If you're not comfortable speaking English on a call, this is not the role for you.
- WORKING HOURS: 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Time. That is 10 PM to 6 AM Philippine time (11 PM to 7 AM during US winter). This is a night shift. If that schedule is a problem for you, please don't apply.
- Solid n8n skills. You can build a multi-node workflow with webhooks and API calls without hand-holding.
- Problem-solving ability. When something breaks or a client needs something new, you figure it out.
- Good people skills. Our clients are non-technical. Patience and clear communication matter.
- Fast, reliable internet with a backup plan for power and connection outages.

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
You know enough to be dangerous, and you're hungry to get better. I don't need 5 years of experience. I need someone sharp, curious, and driven to level up fast. If you're the type who watches an n8n tutorial at 2 AM because you want to, we'll get along.
