About the Position

850 Club Credit is hiring an experienced Credit Report & Dispute Specialist to manage client disputes, educate our members, and answer credit-report-related questions inside our online community.

This is not simply a letter-processing position. We need someone who can carefully review credit reports, identify potential reporting issues, prepare accurate disputes, track results, and explain the process in an easy-to-understand way.

Primary Responsibilities
Review three-bureau credit reports.
Identify potentially inaccurate, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, or unauthorized information.
Prepare customized dispute letters using company-approved procedures and AI tools.
Create separate dispute letters for Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.
Review all AI-generated letters for accuracy before submission.
Process monthly dispute rounds for assigned clients.
Compare updated reports with previous reports.
Track disputed accounts, submission dates, responses, results, and follow-up actions.
Update client records and dispute progress inside our systems.
Prepare CFPB complaint drafts when appropriate and approved by management.
Escalate complicated cases to management.
Conduct one live, one-hour dispute education training every week for DIY 850 Club members.
Answer dispute-related questions inside the 850 Club community.
Help members understand realistic timelines, possible outcomes, and next steps.
Send a daily or end-of-shift progress report.
Protect all client information and follow company privacy procedures.
Important Expectations

The specialist must:

Never guarantee deletions or credit-score increases.
Never dispute information simply because it is negative.
Only dispute information the client has identified or confirmed as potentially inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or unauthorized.
Never invent dispute reasons, facts, or supporting information.
Communicate professionally and avoid providing legal advice.
Complete work accurately and on time.
Be comfortable speaking and teaching during weekly virtual sessions.
Be available consistently during the required Central Time schedule.
Qualifications
Previous experience processing consumer credit disputes.
Strong knowledge of Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion credit reports.
Experience reviewing collections, charge-offs, late payments, inquiries, personal information, public records, and other derogatory accounts.
Familiarity with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, CFPB complaints, identity-theft disputes, and Metro 2 reporting is preferred.
Strong written and spoken English.
Comfortable conducting live virtual training.
Comfortable using ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
Experience with GoHighLevel, Skool, Trello, Lob, or credit-repair software is helpful but not required.
Reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, microphone, and backup internet access.
Strong attention to detail and ability to protect confidential client information.

TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION, REPLY WITH SUBJECT LINE "I AM YOUR DISPUTE SPECIALIST" & Answer the following questions:
1. Do you speak strong english? (this role requires recorded zoom calls of dispute education to our clients)
Include your resume or portfolio.
2. How many years of credit-repair or credit-dispute experience do you have?
3. What experience do you have creating CFPB complaints?
4. What do you understand about the FCRA and Metro 2 reporting?
5. How would you respond to a member who asks, “Can you guarantee this account will be deleted?”
