JOB OVERVIEW

'm looking for an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to join my growing coaching and speaking business.

I'm a former 3x Olympian and professional basketball player, and I now help high performers unlock their full potential through coaching, speaking, and leadership development.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and enjoys learning.

Position Details
$5–7 USD/hour (based on experience)
Approximately 15 hours per week
5 hours/day, 3 days/week
Opportunity for increased hours and responsibility as the business grows
Your Initial Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be supporting business development through:

Researching qualified leads
Finding contact information
Sending cold outreach emails and LinkedIn messages
Tracking outreach and follow-ups
Updating spreadsheets/CRM
Managing administrative tasks

As the business grows, you'll also have opportunities to assist with:

Content scheduling
Podcast and speaking outreach
Video editing coordination
Calendar management
Project management
AI-assisted workflows
Creating SOPs and improving business processes
Requirements
Fluent in written and spoken English
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and consistently meets deadlines
Comfortable working independently
Strong research skills
Experienced using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools
Quick learner who enjoys solving problems
