## About the Practice

Jiang Mobile Medical is a growing U.S. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) practice providing care to patients in skilled nursing facilities.

We are building highly standardized, AI-assisted clinical workflows that allow physicians to spend more time caring for patients while maintaining exceptional documentation quality.

We are looking for a detail-oriented healthcare professional to become one of our first long-term tea ---------- mbers.

This is **not** a traditional medical scribe position, and it is **not** a software engineering or AI developer role.

You will use physician-designed AI workflows to help prepare high-quality medical documentation, organize patient information, and support clinical operations.

Training will be provided.

# What You'll Do

### Medical Documentation

* Organize hospital records and rehabilitation records
* Review discharge summaries
* Prepare documentation using physician-developed AI workflows
* Review AI-generated notes for completeness and formatting
* Update medications, laboratory results, imaging, vital signs, and therapy information
* Copy finalized documentation into the electronic medical record (EMR)
* Identify missing information and notify the physician

### Clinical Operations

* Organize patient records
* Track outstanding laboratory and imaging results
* Assist with medical record requests
* Support referrals and prior authorizations as responsibilities grow
* Help maintain standardized documentation workflows
* Suggest practical improvements to existing processes

### Administrative Support

* Maintain organized digital files
* Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Communicate professionally with the physician
* Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

Healthcare experience is strongly preferred.

* Healthcare Virtual Assistant

Experience with U.S. healthcare is preferred but not required.
