About Us

We’re Ora Belize, a boutique marketing and web agency that works with destination wedding brands and boutique hospitality properties throughout Belize and the Caribbean.

We’re a small team that genuinely enjoys working together. We believe in clear communication, kindness, accountability, and operating with good intentions. We’re not looking for someone to simply complete tasks, we’re looking for the right person to become part of our team.

We handle the strategy, content planning, shot lists, copywriting, and client communication. Your role is to take those pieces and bring them to life through beautiful, polished content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Edit short-form videos and reels using footage we provide
• Create Canva graphics and carousel posts using our brand assets and prepared copy
• Schedule and publish approved content using Metricool
• Follow our content calendar and creative briefs so you always know what’s coming next

What You Won’t Need To Do

• Come up with marketing strategies
• Write captions from scratch
• Communicate directly with clients
• Chase approvals or manage projects

Our goal is to let you focus on what you do best: creating high-quality content.

Our Style

Our brands are elegant, warm, and story-driven.

Think destination weddings, luxury travel, boutique resorts, and authentic experiences, not fast-paced viral edits or trend-based content.

If your editing style leans heavily toward TikTok trends, flashy transitions, or ---------- content, this probably isn’t the right fit, and that’s completely okay. We’re simply looking for someone whose creative style aligns with the brands we serve.

Hours & Growth

This position begins at approximately 15 hours per week.

We’re intentionally starting part-time because we want to build sustainably rather than overpromise. As our client base continues to grow, our hope is to grow this role into a full-time position for the right person.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us. We believe in creating stable, long-term opportunities and investing in people who are invested in the work.
