???? Dispatcher / Sales Coordinator (Graveyard Shift – Remote)

We are looking to add one serious, high-caliber dispatcher to our growing home-services team.

This role is NOT entry-level and NOT for people who need basic training.

? DO NOT APPLY IF:

Your spoken English is poor or heavily accented

You lack confidence on the phone

You have no sales or booking experience

You are not comfortable closing jobs and following up

You do not have strong computer skills

You expect hand-holding or long training periods

I will not have the time or patience to train from scratch.

? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Confident, clear English speaker

Proven experience in:

Inbound call handling

Booking appointments

Dispatching technicians

Managing follow-ups until the job is closed

Sales-oriented mindset (you understand urgency, objections, and conversion)

High attention to detail

Calm under pressure

Able to handle real customers in real situations

???? REQUIREMENTS:

Reliable high-speed internet

Fast, modern computer

Webcam + headset

Ability to work independently and stay focused

Comfortable using CRM, call systems, and dispatch software

???? SCHEDULE & BENEFITS:

Graveyard shift

Paid breaks

1-hour lunch

Sick time

13th-month pay after 1 year (performance and reliability required)
