JOB OVERVIEW

Bookkeeping & Accounting Support Specialist

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PST, CST, EST)
Compensation: $1,250 USD/month for your first 90 days | $1,500 USD/month after

What You'll Actually Do

You'll own the financial rhythm that keeps businesses running smoothly.

That means you'll:

• Code transactions with accuracy, not optimism.

• Reconcile accounts until every dollar knows exactly where it belongs.

• Manage AP, AR, invoicing, collections, and vendor follow ups without needing reminders.

• Keep month end moving like clockwork.

• Deliver financial reports, cash updates, and close summaries that people actually trust.

• Maintain documentation that's always organized, audit ready, and easy to find.

Basically... you'll make financial chaos disappear before anyone notices it existed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're probably nodding your head if most of these sound familiar.

? 3+ years of full cycle bookkeeping or accounting support.

? 2+ years using QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.

? You've reconciled at least 3 accounts every month for the past year.

? You've handled $100,000+ in monthly transactions or 150+ monthly transactions without breaking a sweat.

? You've consistently closed books by Day 10 (or managed 10+ client books at once).

? You have a professional home office, reliable internet, and know how to work independently.

? You're comfortable submitting a short introductory video as part of our hiring process.
