JOB OVERVIEW

Role Type: Virtual Assistant / Marketing Specialist for Banquet Hall
Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week. 4 hours a day, time is still und ---------- .
Pay: $4 USD per hour

Necessary Requirements:

Strong English speaking and writing skills
Previous Virtual Assistant experience
Customer service and sales experience
Social media management and content creation experience
Digital marketing knowledge (Facebook, Instagram, Google)
Website management experience
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Hospitality or event industry experience

Core Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, website, and social media
Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers
Create marketing content, email campaigns, and promotional materials
Follow up with event leads and maintain CRM records
Conduct lead generation and outreach to businesses and event planners
Update website content and event information
Perform research on competitors and marketing opportunities
Track marketing performance and provide weekly reports
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and calendar management

WordPress
CRM software
ChatGPT and other AI tools

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and dependable. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating professionally with clients, and taking initiative without constant supervision. A marketing mindset and strong customer service skills are essential.
