About Us
We are a growing U.S. organization operating two sister companies - Atlas Facilities Maintenance and ABDM Inc. Together, we provide janitorial and facilities maintenance services across multiple states, supporting hundreds of field employees and continuing to expand our operations.
We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This is a true HR Generalist role supporting both organizations. While your initial focus will be recruiting and onboarding, you'll also have the opportunity to support employee relations, HR administration, compliance initiatives, process improvements, and other HR projects as our organization continues to grow. We're looking for an HR Generalist who wants to help build a growing organization - not just fill positions.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple U.S. locations.
* Post job advertisements, source candidates, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.
* Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
* Partner with hiring managers and site leaders to meet staffing needs.
* Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
Onboarding
* Prepare offers and onboarding documents.
* Ensure all employment paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
* Coordinate Day 1 readiness
* Facilitate monthly virtual New Hire Orientation.
* Maintain organized employee records and onboarding documentation.
HR Operations
* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
* Process employment verifications and assist with leave administration.
* Support employee relations matters and HR documentation.
* Assist with policy updates, compliance initiatives, HR reporting, and process improvements.
* Support additional HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or a related HR role.
* Experience supporting high-volume hiring for hourly or blue-collar positions (janitorial, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, facilities, retail, or similar).
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Comfortable working with Excel and spreadsheet-based trackers.
* Working knowledge of U.S. HR fundamentals and employment documentation.
* Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
* Able to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time (PST) business hours.
* Must be able to work exclusively for our organization.

Compensation & Benefits
* $800 USD/month during the first 60 days (training and probationary period).
* One-time $150 USD bonus upon successfully completing the 60-day performance evaluation.
* Beginning in Month 3, you'll be eligible to earn up to $150 USD/month in KPI-based incentives.
Remote work-from-home setup.
